Have faith in God is a phrase that has always resonated with me for some reason. I am not sure why, but in my childhood my parents used to say that when something was difficult or they were in need of help, they would just pray and believe God would help them. And so, when I was in school, I was told by my teacher that there is no point talking when you don’t believe in what you are saying. Now, I understand what he meant.
The lesson taught me was that you can be brave or heroic without being right. You can be an inspiration if you do it blindly, if you don’t think about the truth of your words. He didn’t mean that you should lie, but that you should speak confidently if you don’t think about the truth of what you are saying.
That way, when people listen to you, they will think it is true.
